Docs & guidelines > Getting started
In the following, we guide you through the basic information and steps that are required to seamlessly integrate your application into the teamplay digital health platform and to utilize the services that are offered through the Developer Portal.
After getting initially access, ensure to log in again latest every 5 months to this Developer Portal in order to avoid that your developer account is locked due to an inactivity phase of 6 month. If you missed to log in to this Developer Portal in time, you can request to unlock your developer account the following:
For SHS-external business partners, submit an associated request through the teamplay Partner Tech Support form.
For SHS-internal business partners, raise a ticket via the Sharp ServicePort.
Logging in to this Developer Portal frequently is also very important in order to check the deprecation status of APIs that you currently consume via your applications or services. After the deprecation of an API has been initially announced through the associated API description in this Developer Portal and as a post in the associated MS Teams channel, by default, you have 12 month to migrate your API requests in your code to the successor API that is referenced in the deprecation notice, or to completely remove the API request in case an API version became completely obsolete.
If you do not log in with your developer account for longer than one year, your developer account is considered as not required anymore and might be deleted completely.
Especially for functional accounts that are used for active subscriptions in this Developer Portal, in order to ensure continuous access to your subscriptions, it is very important that you take care that your account is not locked or finally deleted.
