Communication through MS Teams

Following topics are typically communicated through our established MS Teams channels:

  • Frequent and timely notifications about new and revised APIs such as upcoming new API versions or early announcements that an API version or an associated operation is going to be declared deprecated.

  • News on planned and ongoing deployment activities for the supported portal environments.

  • Communication about requesting and agreeing an appointment for scheduling non-functional requirement (NFR) tests against a Sandbox environment.

Established MS Teams channels

Currently the following API communication channels are in use for the different audiences:

  • Install MS Teams on your local machine and log in with the user name of your employee or partner account.

  • To open the referenced MS Teams channel, click on one of the above listed links.

  • As an external partner, if you haven´t access to the referenced MS Teams channel yet, either enter a rational why you need access by mentioning your role and your organization in the displayed pop-up window, or ask your partner management for further support.

  • As an internal partner or Healthineers employee, in case of issues, raise a Sharp service ticket.
